Privacy policy

1. Who we are

VSB DEVS makes Fibonacci Calculator for Android and iPhone. This privacy policy explains how we handle your information when you use our mobile application and services

2. Data the app collects

The app has no sign-up screen and never asks for your name, email address, phone number or card details. We do not collect the high and low prices you type into the calculators or the Custom Levels you save on your phone.

The app uses Google services such as Firebase for analytics and crash reporting. This helps us improve app stability and error-free performance.

The analytics and crash reporting does not track you and is not tied to your identity but only tells where the crash occurred, its technical details and general information.

3. How we use this data

We use this data only to find and fix crashes and to see which calculators people use, so we know what to improve. This data is also not tied to your identity and there is no way to identify you, store or sell this data nor we do not use it for advertising.

4. Ads and in-app promotions

To keep the app free to download and running for everyone, the app shows ads. These may include promotions for other apps that VSB DEVS makes and ads from third-party advertising partners.

Advertising partners operate under their own privacy policies, which explain what data they collect and how they use it.

5. Payments

If you buy anything inside the app, Google Play or the Apple App Store handles the payment under its own terms. We never see your card number or bank account details.

6. Third-party privacy policies

Firebase stores its data on Google servers. Google and Apple handle that data and your purchases under their own privacy policies:

• Google Firebase: firebase.google.com/support/privacy
• Google and Google Play: policies.google.com/privacy
• Apple and the App Store: apple.com/legal/privacy

7. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA may give you the right to access, correct or delete personal data. Since we do not collect or store personal data, international data transfer regulations do not apply.

8. Children's privacy

Fibonacci Calculator is an app for traders and for people who are learning about the markets. We do not direct it at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information by email, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Usage policy

• You can use the app to calculate Fibonacci retracement and extension levels for your own trading, for your company or for anyone else.
• You agree to follow the laws that apply to you, including any rules on trading where you live.
• You agree not to use the app for anything illegal, harmful or fraudulent.
• You take responsibility for checking every result from your trusted external source before you rely on it.

11. Warranty disclaimer

We provide the app (the "software" or the "application") "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

In no event are the authors, the copyright holders or VSB DEVS liable for any claim, damages or other liability, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, arising from or in connection with the software or its use.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app changes. Each time, we will post the new version on this page and change the date at the top. An update takes effect as soon as we publish it here.

13. Contact us

If you have a question about this policy or a privacy request, use our contact page or email vsbdevs@gmail.com. We reply within two business days.
